Legal Authority

I think the most effective authority is legal authority. Because in the legal authority will be found regulation which regulates the rights and obligations of government so that the government can not act arbitrarily. According to Weber , the bureaucratic is a power system, where the leader ( superordinate ) to practice control over subordinate. Bureaucratic system emphasizes the aspect of  " discipline".
The development of the modern world is also one of them influenced from the influence of this legal bureaucracy. According to Weber this authority is also the most unpredictable because it can be seen directly from his own society and systematic. This legal authority is also pure.
For example, in an organization , certainly for leaders and members in the group. There are rules passed , regulations , and procedures are standardized and direction of the actions of members of the organization in the achievement of organizational goals. The rules that have been legalized must be obeyed by all members of the organization in order to achieve the organizational goals. 
Legal authority was also more directed towards one goal because it has rules that must be obeyed by the all of the members. Due to these rules that cause an organization to work on the systematically. Authority legal becomes authority purely because the function was working in a systematic and more objectives  targeted and assured it’s  because of an underlying the rules on the rights and obligations between the leaders and members. 
If  we compared with traditional authorities is very different because traditional authority is aimed at pre - modern society. so that the leadership still have the character of hereditary, dictator, and have no clear rules. 
I think those things is exactly the reason why legal authority is the most effective authority compared with other authorities.

Political Strategy That People aren't Cynicism about Political Activities

Society has an attitude of cynicism towards political activity. This happens because the political parties which always promises a sweet thing at the beginning and after being chosen  forget his promise for the sake of enriching himself. This is exactly what makes people reluctant to participate and be cynical about political activities. People are also usually follow political activity if given in exchange or reward of his political parties. It continues to this day. It has been very clearly proves that our society is less concerned about the political activities.
We as young people helps to the local community to realize the importance of participating in political activities. To make the public realize to eliminate or at least reduce the view of the public cynicism towards political activity is to create a clear representation of the intended direction ( vision and what is its purpose ). Then after that create a suitable working program in overcoming the problems that occurred in Indonesia. After making the appropriate work program and subsequent focus is to apply or carry out the plan of the work program. It’s good if make the program work more profitable or more people aimed at social areas that impact can be felt by the whole society , especially the lower layers.
If the strategy is run correctly , I think the public cynicism towards political activity will slightly change towards a more positive and participating in the activities of other political. To achieve this goal the government has to work extra in order to create a state of high society participation in political activities.

DIFFERENCES IN REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT AND REFORMATION

Revolution is a social and cultural changes that take place quickly and the basic concerns or points of community life. In revolution , the changes can be planned or unplanned in advance and can be run without violence or through violence. Revolution requires an effort to break down, and build from the old system to an entirely new system.
For example, at the time of the French revolution. The French Revolution was a period in which the democrats and supporters of republicanism dropped the absolute monarchy in France and forced the Roman Catholic Church underwent radical restructuring. French Revolution happened because the people can not stand against the persecution of the nobility. Absolute royal power and burdensome taxation becomes a major factor driving the French Revolution. While the factors that helped push the revolution was: the decline of the French economy as a result of the waste of the nobility; the absence of legal certainty; and the significant difference between groups in society.
Meanwhile , Reform is a dynamic part of society. In the sense that the development will lead to demands for reform and change to adapt to the demands of these developments. Reform is also significant as a change without damaging or changes to maintain. In this case, the reform process is not a radical process of change and lasts for a short time, but it is a process of change that is planned and gradual.
As an example of reform that occurred in Indonesia in 1998. The reform movement is basically a manifestation of popular discontent against the ongoing governance. Things behind the reform movement in Indonesia is the economic crisis, social, political, and legal. Asialah financial crisis that led to the Indonesian economy weakened and cause prices increasingly inflated (especially food prices), and could no longer be reached by the people. The reform movement undertaken by Indonesian citizens, demanding that President Suharto to step down, because the president felt already incompetent and unable to cope with existing multidimensional permaslahan. The reform movement that took place in Indonesia in 1998 is a movement that aims to make changes and updates, including improvements in the life of the order of the political, economic, legal, and social.
The conclusion was that the revolutionary movement is a movement that involves changes in the social and cultural changes that take place quickly and the basic concerns or points of community life. The size of the relative speed of a real change because the revolution can also take a long time. While reform is a business major changes in a bureaucracy system that aims to change the structure, behavior, and the existence or habits which have been long but it could also mean a process to change the procedure of public bureaucracy and the attitudes and behavior of bureaucrats to achieve the effectiveness of the bureaucracy and destination national development. Reform is only a matter pertaining to power.

Relationship between political and sociology to create the power

Views from explanation sociology is the study of society ( Comte, 1798-1857). Sociology also learn about the groups - social groups in society, and study human behavior, both individuals and groups and interrelation with the community. Thus sociology is the study of human behavior in a social context .



               While the explanation political according to Rush an Althoff is limitations on the political wide – range. Politics can be defined as the process of settlement of human conflict, or the process by which people make decisions or to develop specific policies, or authoritatively allocate resources and certain values, or from implementation of the power and influence in society. But Rush and Altoff also agreed to limit political science as "the science of power" .



               Implementation of political sociology that creates power for example, is in a State. Where a State consists of many segments of society , which certainly should choose a leader for leading people in the country. The leader will have the authority to regulate the society. The authority is a positive manifestation of the power. Leaders will establish a regulatory and citizens must obey these rules.



               Another example in a company , there are leaders and employees. Leader have the right to tell employees to do a job. The employee would have to do what the leader has instructed him. The existence of the rule and in order that caused political sociology deal with power. A leader must also consider the interaction between company employees to be able to instruct their employees. There are those who govern and those in command, people who make decisions and those who obey the decision. This difference is a fundamental political facts that are in every community and at every level of social. The Role of Online Shop towards Social Change in Indonesia’s society

In
today's world, people are experiencing an era of globalization where there is a
rapid technological developments. The results of this rapid technological
developments such as easy communication with the technology called the
Internet. Internet allows us to communicate without having to meet in person.
And also, the results in information and communication technology revolution is
social media. According to Wikipedia, social media is an online media, with
users (users) can easily participate, share and create contents include blogs,
social networks, wikis, forums, and virtual worlds. Social media is widely used
as a means of communication, campaign event for a legislative candidate, even
social media is now widely used as a medium for business or better known as The
Online Shop. 







Online
shop is a medium that allows the customer to buy goods or services directly
from the seller to the internet using a web browser media. We also usually find
Online Shop in facebook, online, instagram, blogs, etc. With the online shop we
can save costs because we can compare the price shop online with one another.
With Online shop we can also saving our time because we do not need to come directly
to the store to shop. We simply just need to use a smartphone to shop at online
shop. And it does not occur face to face between the seller and the buyer in
the shop at the online shop.



Unlike
the olden times, in ancient times there is interaction between the seller and
the buyer in the purchase. The change of communication lead to social change in
the community. With the online shop people are lazy to conduct transactions and
prefer to shop with just a "click" the desired item. Simply shopping
at online shop also change human nature into consumptive. According Sumartono
(2002), consumptive lifestyles is an act of using a product is incomplete. That
is the function of an item before it runs out, people will consume the goods
with the same function. So that people will be addicted to online shopping and
never feel satisfied. Consumer behavior should be avoided by arranging the
groceries which is a top priority. It was some of the impact of social changes
arising from online media shop.
